Now that Corona seems to have been overcome (hopefully), the sheet music database is being used again much more for searching and information. Perhaps you too would like to work with it in a fresh and cheerful way? But: the account data is not accepted. What has happened? In November 2021, in the course of the renovation work on the sheet music database, all data was moved from our server to the data heaven called “Cloud”. This changed the encryption of your data. So you need a new password, which you can request with the link “Forgotten your username or password?”. With the new password you log in and under the link “My account'” you can either enter your old password or change it to a new password you are familiar with.
Users tell us that after requesting a new password they have not received an email. Maybe it ended up in the SPAM folder or actually disappeared into the bowels of the internet? We do not know. This is very annoying. The solution is: write me personally an e-mail at email@example.com with the note “My account doesn’t work” (please don’t forget to include the user name) and I will change your password manually.
