Two CDs to sweeten the summer.

CD No. 1: The Hergolshäuser Musikanten present “Friends celebrate traditional wind music”

Wind music has a very special power: it connects people, evokes memories and creates a good atmosphere – whether at a village festival, at a cosy get-together or simply in between. With their CD “Freunde feiern Blasmusik“, the Hergolshäuser Musikanten bring exactly this attitude to life directly into your living room.

A colorful mix of tradition and joie de vivre

The CD contains 14 varied compositions that will make every brass music fan’s heart beat faster. From rousing marches and lively polkas to soulful waltzes – there’s something here for every taste.

Music that tells stories

Many of the compositions bear personal dedications or tell little stories: “Für Leo” is a bravura polka that delights with its cheerful character, while“Im Altweibersommer” creates tender moments as a waltz. The “Muttertagspolka” is also a loving tribute to mothers, who often pull the strings in the background.

The CD concludes with the potpourri “Mosch zum Schluss”, which, at over ten minutes long, once again unites all the musical facets of the Hergolshäuser Musikanten and invites you to hum along and dance.

For everyone who loves wind band music

Freunde feiern Blasmusik” is the perfect CD for anyone who appreciates traditional brass band music and enjoys fresh, lively sounds. Whether as an accompaniment to a barbecue, as a musical companion when hiking or simply to relax – this CD brings joy and good humor to every moment. Immerse yourself in the world of the Hergolshäuser Musikanten and celebrate the diversity and beauty of brass music with them!

CD No. 2: Directly from Bohemia – Modernity and tradition in the Bohemian style of wind music

Another CD we would like to present here is Direkt aus Böhmen by Wolfito Vetter & Deine Blasmusik. This album is a real treasure trove for all lovers of Bohemian brass music and offers 17 carefully selected works that illuminate both traditional and modern facets of this popular musical style.

A musical journey through Bohemia

The CD presents a varied mixture of marches, polkas and waltzes that have been put together by renowned composers especially for this recording. Wolfito Vetter & Deine Blasmusik” succeeds in bringing the characteristic warmth and unmistakable sound of Bohemian brass music to life – perfect for a concert program or as inspiration for new musical projects.

The 17 works on “Direkt aus Böhmen” show the whole range of Bohemian brass music. The combination of experienced composers and the excellent interpretation of “Wolfito Vetter & Deine Blasmusik” makes this CD a valuable treasure for every brass band.
