The level “D6” is the highest performance level of music bands in Germany. To call the works for this level the “crown of creation” is, however, somewhat exaggerated. A composer once told me that it is much harder to write a good easy work than one in which one can “draw from the full”. In any case, we have now updated all the works recommended by the BDMV at levels D2 to D6 and provided as much background information as possible. Level D1 is in progress and will be updated by the end of April at the latest.
