Somewhat in the middle of your screen in the blue bar below our logo you will find the link “My account”. This will take you to all the data that is stored with us. You can also change your personal details here, for example if your address has changed or the account is to be under a different name. What you cannot change is the e-mail address and the user name. If something should change here, please inform us of the new e-mail or the desired new user name.
Under “My account” you can also see how long your membership is still active (see field “Member to end of….”). On the right side of the screen you will also find another link “Show orders”. Behind it you will find all orders that have been placed via your account.
We kindly ask you to update this information in good time, as the system accesses this data in the automatic invoices for membership renewal.
